Darryl graduated with an accounting diploma from BCIT in June 1995, and began his career in public practice in Port Coquitlam in January 1996. He enrolled in the Certified General Accountants' program in the fall of 1996, and successfully completed the program in August, 2003. Darryl joined Weir and Company Chartered Accountants LLP in January, 2006, and has since focused his studies in the area of taxation. In 2008, Darryl was promoted to Tax Manager within the firm.  In 2010, he successfully completed the two year CICA In-Depth tax course.

Darryl is experienced in advanced tax planning, including corporate reorganizations, estate planning, owner managed tax issues, shareholder remuneration, Canada Revenue Agency rulings and personal tax issues. Darryl is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and expertise to our clients.
